They showed up right on time, laid down tarps to protect our floors, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job, including cleaning out the furnace cabinet, which was a great touch. In addition to the furnace, they installed a Nest thermostat and Nest plate, and took the time to thoroughly test the entire system to make sure everything was working perfectly. I first reached out to Pallan Cooling and Heating with an emergency air conditioning call in the heat of the summer. Jay was quick to return my call and fit us into his very busy schedule. Jay had a part on his truck that he was able to temporarily get our air-conditioning up and running. This ended up lasting quite a while.
